§ 1–523.11. Matters Trasmitted to the Council for Approval or Disapproval During a Public Health Emergency.

Notwithstanding any provision of law, during a period time for which the Mayor has declared a public health emergency pursuant to § 7-2304.01, the review period for any matter transmitted to the Council for approval or disapproval, other than nominations transmitted in accordance with § 1-523.01, contract approvals, or reprogrammings transmitted in accordance with § 47-363, shall be tolled if not inconsistent with Chapter 2 of this title.
