Applicability

Section 7003 of D.C. Law 25-50 repealed §§ 3 and 6 of D.C. Law 23-182 including the applicability provisions impacting this section.

Applicability of D.C. Law 23-182: § 6 of D.C. Law 23-182 provided that the creation of this section by § 3(b) of D.C. Law 23-182 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
