§ 8–173.54. Public records.

The Authority shall make the following documents available to the public on its website:

(1) The financial plan for its capital base;

(2) Board meeting minutes and records; and

(3) All bylaws, guidelines, and procedures adopted or issued by the Board or the Authority.
