Law 3-139, the “District of Columbia Sightseeing Bus Registration Act of 1986,” was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 3-301, which was referred to the Committee on Finance and Revenue. Signed by the Mayor on October 2, 1980, it was assigned Act No. 3-260 and transmitted to both Houses of Congress for its review.
